Start off 2019 strong here at Henry Mayo Fitness and Health. Now is the time to begin, re-start, or continue your journey toward your fitness goals. We will be holding a workshop on January 18th at 6:00 p.m. to help provide guidance on how to plan with S.M.A.R.T. goals. We will discuss the importance of consistency with exercise, motivational techniques and how to enjoy coming to the gym.
