Prime of Life Yoga focuses on the unique needs and abilities of these individuals, who are truly in the prime of their lives, by offering an overall lifestyle approach that includes asanas, or poses, along with simple breathing and stress-reduction techniques, to enhance the well-being of both body and mind.
