Join our Fitness Center staff for a virtual workout every Wednesday at 11 a.m. Our "Staying Fit" at-home exercise class is a moderate to high-intensity workout that can be done with minimal to no equipment. Our degree and certified fitness professionals are here to get you moving!
If you can't make the time, please note that you may still register and we will send you the recorded class by the following morning. Must register for class through Zoom.
