Chair Yoga is a gentle class, emphasizing proper breathing, correct spinal and pelvic alignment, improved balance, strength, and posture. This class can help you relax, both physically and mentally. Chairs are available for seated and standing support. Chair Yoga is appropriate for those that feel more comfortable doing yoga from a chair instead of the floor.
