Our friendly training staff is very passionate about what they do and care about providing their athletes and clients with the best possible experience. All of our staff hold bachelors and/or master’s degrees in an exercise-related field and hold a nationally recognized certification – so you know you will be trained by a top tier professional.
Adult Group Training
Our adult group training program provides high-energy workouts geared to improve your quality of life. Through strength training and high-intensity workouts, our goal is to help you improve your functional strength. Our motivating staff will be there to encourage you every step of the way.
Sports Performance Training
Our sports performance training program is geared to support today’s competitive athlete. Improvements in speed, agility, strength and power are all focused on during these sessions with the careful considerations of keeping the athlete healthy and prepared for any season.
Youth Performance Training
Our youth performance training program is designed for athletes ages 14 and under and focuses on proper movement development. We want to prepare your athlete for the next level by building a strong foundation of movement competency, speed and strength all while having fun doing so.
Sports Performance and Rehabilitation
Henry Mayo's Physical Therapy Staff specialize in bridging the gap between sports medicine rehabilitation and sports performance. Our knowledgeable fitness staff is able to collaborate with our on-site physical therapy team with the primary goal of minimizing the re-occurrence of injuries and improving optimal sports performance.
